🪀 Bluetooth Remote Shutter Not Working
1. The app is the only option. It does have a simple BTLE remote shutter (only) option. That uses just the BlueTooth capabilities to send a simple shutter release command, so is not taxing on the system, the phone UI is just a big button, so you can see it in most lighting conditions.| Зва етև | ዛωв αцуλιδοм пюֆэքупуժа | ዲеπетвፂቂሁщ ሃглоላоջухա ысвеዖишቤ |

Ive recently purchased the s21 ultra and love the camera and was thinking of using it for work. I work for an estate agents and have ordered a tripod for the phone, but I was thinking is there a way to remotely take a photo without me being in a room (whilst the phone it close up against the corner of a room).I have actually found another possible option I am looking into. There is an App I have installed on my phone called “PC remote” that looks like it should be able to connect to the laptop via bluetooth. You can then setup custom “controllers”, where you can map key combinations to them.

The NiSi Bluetooth Wireless Remote Shutter Control connects to a compatible camera using a cable (sold separately – available here) and then connects over Bluetooth via a phone using our app. The working range is 32 ft (10 meters) which allows you to trigger your shots from a distance. This is possible but since BlueZ on the Raspberry Pi supports HID over GATT which namely are Bluetooth Low Energy mice, joysticks, keyboards, game controllers or remote controls. This means that the Kernel on the Pi creates an input device which resides in /dev/input/. So once I was paired and connected my BLE Remote two new entries did show up
The ML-L7 is a remote control that uses Bluetooth to connect with select Nikon cameras. It allows photographers to control various camera functions on the camera as well as trigger the shutter from the remote, so you don't need to disrupt your shooting while super telephoto shooting or when using the camera on a tripod or in a remote location.
Remote shutter. I recommend a wireless shutter to ensure you won’t move or disturb your smartphone while taking pictures. Here are my two favorite remote shutters. These wireless shutters do their job correctly and are for sale for an affordable price. The wireless remotes work with a Bluetooth shutter button.
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. a bit expensive for what it is, but super easy to connect via bluetooth, works every time, doesnt randomly disconnect and feels sturdy despite being so small. easy to hide when taking selfies etc. I would recommend this to a friend.
Remote Available Functions: Auto focus / instant shutter release / 2-second delay shutter release / locking bulb exposures / start & stop video recording / lens zoom control (Only for the Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lens with the Canon power zoom adapter PZ-E1 on select Canon cameras have Bluetooth capability) If you can ever see it happen with silent shutter, it's not the shutter. That would seem to leave the shutter release switch as the next likely source of the problem. One more thing to try that bypasses the shutter release switch is to use a remote cable or wireless remote. If that works 100% of the time, it's the shutter release switch.Oh dear, the photo that shows where he got the info … that remote shutter release was just three leaf springs that close first between 1&2 and then all together (1&2&3). I purchased more for the remote than the stand. I lost a previous remote and couldn’t find the same remote w accessories so I purchased this setup/combo. The holder is spring loaded so it accommodates many sizes of phones. .
